Join Manomet’s Shorebird Biologist Liana DiNunzio and the Friends of Monomoy for a bird walk at this stellar bird watching spot! Liana DiNunzio – who, along with other Manomet colleagues, has done extensive research at Monomoy – will lead the walk. She is currently studying the migration ecology of Red Knots, Ruddy Turnstones, and Whimbrel at Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge. Please bring your own binoculars – the walk will take place on the mainland/Morris Island section of the refuge and is limited to 15 participants.
