Join Abby Sterling from Manomet and Laura Chamberlin from WHSRN Executive Office to celebrate World Oceans Day with the shorebirds’ favorite ocean friend – the horseshoe crab. This Facebook Live event broadcast on both the WHSRN and Manomet Facebook pages will feature these living fossils and the important role that horseshoe crabs have in the coastal ecosystem of the Atlantic Flyway.

This will be a family-oriented presentation conducted in collaboration with a youth-directed Horseshoe crab and Red Knot Learn-a-thon for World Oceans Day.
