In this newsletter you have read about Manomet working to create a more sustainable world.
Every day our team uses science and partnerships to conserve species, build a more sustainable economy, prepare society for climate change and educate the next generation.
Please support this effort by becoming a member of the Manomet Center.
If you join now your gift will mean twice as much. Thanks to a generous $5,000 Membership Matching Gift Challenge made by Manomet Councilor Peter Brown, all new membership gifts of $50 or more made through April 22nd will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000.
The Matching Gift Challenge also applies to any increased donations by current Manomet members.
“This is a generous commitment and a bold challenge offered by Peter,” said Manomet Chief Development Officer Carole Corriveau. “This challenge provides a boost to our membership and online giving and helps us develop scientific solutions to create a more sustainable world.”
Brown said he made the challenge because “Manomet is result-oriented and gets things done. Manomet recognizes problems, discovers solutions, and then engages the right people to make a difference.”
How it works:
New members who make an online donation of $50 or more will receive a dollar for dollar match on their total gift, doubling the impact of their gift towards creating a more sustainable world.
If you are already a donor, consider increasing your gift now! Each additional dollar you give will be matched by another. If you increase the amount of your last gift by $100, Manomet receives $200!
Some of the benefits of becoming a member of Manomet include:
- Free subscription to Partnership magazine, published twice yearly.
- First-to-know invitations to special events and activities
- Free or reduced costs for special programs and events
- Free Manomet decal
