Join us for a fun-filled morning of birding in beautiful, historic Newton Cemetery. Scientists from Manomet’s Landbird Conservation program will lead us on a leisurely two-hour walk through the cemetery’s arboretum in search of warblers, vireos, thrushes, and other songbirds.

This will be the peak of spring migration, so expect plenty of opportunities to build your bird identification skills! Our guides will also offer insight into our changing climate and how Manomet’s long-term research projects are helping us learn more about its effects on birds and their migration.

Birders of all experience levels are welcome to join us, just come equipped with comfortable walking shoes, binoculars if you have them (we will have a few pairs for sharing), and water.

Cost: $10 for members, $15 for non-members
