Join us for a fun-filled morning of birding in beautiful, historic Newton Cemetery. Trevor Lloyd-Evans, Manomet’s Director of Landbird Conservation, and Evan Dalton, Lead Instructor,  Landbird Conservation, will lead us on a two hour walk through the cemetery’s arboretum in search of warblers, vireos, thrushes, and other songbirds. This will be the peak of spring migration, so expect plenty of opportunities to build your bird identification skills!  Click here to check out photos from last year’s walk!

Trevor will also offer insight into our changing climate and how Manomet’s long-term research projects are helping us learn more about its effects on birds and their migration. Birders of all experiences levels are welcome to join us, just come equipped with comfortable walking shoes, binoculars if you have them (we will have a few pairs for sharing), and water.

Cost: $15 Non-Members, $10 Members. For additional information, please contact Chris Boudreaux at (508) 224-6521, ext. 226 or cboudreaux@manomet.org.
