Manomet Center for Conservation Sciences is dedicated to helping humans live in harmony with natural resources, using science to navigate complex environmental, economic and social issues in solving problems for the long term. We have led the way in bringing together stakeholders—communities, individuals, universities, government agencies, and businesses—to develop cooperative, science-based policies and management strategies that work in the real world. Our initiatives focus on enabling people, communities, and businesses to measure, manage, and sustain natural systems upon which wildlife and people depend. We strive to develop new solutions for climate change and natural capital protection, and to create conservation strategies for wildlife, working landscapes, and wetlands. We are leading one of the most ambitious and extensive approaches to hemispheric, large-scale migratory species conservation.
