Upper Bay of Panama Dedication

The Upper Bay of Panama, a place used by more than 1 million shorebirds in their annual migration, is a “Site of Hemispheric Importance” under the Western Hemisphere Shorebird Reserve Network (WHSRN). The site will be formally dedicated October 16-19, 2005 in Panama.
